Statement Status

1. Responded - Parties who have responded to the request.
2. Not Responded - Parties to whom the request is Delivered or who have read the request.
3. Rejected - Parties wherein statement is rejected by the company.
4. Failed - Parties to whom the request is not delivered due to incorrect email ID.

Reconciliation Status

1. Not started - Number of reconciliation to be initiated. 
2. In Progress - Reconciliations that are in progress.
3. Auto Completed - Reconciliations auto completed by the system.
4. Review Pending - Reconciliations is yet to be reviewed. 
5. Reviewed - Reconciliations that are reviewed, however not sent to party of signoff.
6. Rejected - Reconciliations that are rejected and needs to be corrected.
7. Signoff Pending - Reconciliation awaiting signoff from vendors. 
8. Signoff Completed - Reconciliations for which signoff has been received.

Amount Statistics

1. Amount Statistics will have 2 section:
   
1. Bar Chart- The bar chart will display the percentage of amount confirmed.
   
2. Table-
   
1. Total Company Amt: The sum of the Closing balance of the company for that category.
2. Company Amt - Responseded [A]: The sum of the Closing balance of the company for the responded parties for that category.
3. Party Amt - Response [B] : The sum of the Closing balance of the Party for the responded parties for that category.
4. Net Difference [C] = [A] +[B]: The Addition of [A] & [B]

Reason for Difference

1. Status: This column will display the statuses.
2. Difference Amt: This column will display the amount associated with each status.
3. No. of entries: This column will display the number of records associated with each status.
