What is Action Tracker?

The Action Tracker Screen provides users with a structured view of reconciliation records, where user can taken action on the records which has occured the difference.

Track Reconciliation – Go to the "Track Reconciliation" > Click on View of the request > Click on Action Tracker

Action Tracker Summary

  1. The Action Tracker Summary is divided based on the Action Taken Statuses. The table
    1. Action Taken Status: Displays who is responsible for taking action (Company or Party).
    2. Number of Records: The count of pending records in each category.
    3. Percentage: The proportion of records under each status relative to the total.
    4. Amount (In Lakhs): The financial impact of pending records.
    5. Action: Provides a 'View' button to access detailed records.

Action Tracker

  1. Filters (Multi-Select Options Available)
    1. Action Taken Status: Filters records based on their action status (e.g., Pending with Company, Pending with Party, No Action Required).
    2. Reconciliation Status: Filters records based on reconciliation status (e.g., Invoice not booked by Company).
    3. Action Owner: Filters records based on the action owner responsible.
  2. Search Bar
    1. Users can enter specific text and click the Search button to find relevant records.
  3. More Actions
    1. Manage Column: Allows customization of displayed columns (currently skipped).
    2. Download File: Downloads an Action Tracker file which contains the data displayed on the UI.
  4. Action Buttons
    1. Update Action Taken 
      1. Click on this button to open a pop-up, which will update the action taken status for one or multiple records on selecting Action Taken status.
      2. Enter Action Taken Reference , Browse a file or add a Remark if required.
    2. Assign Action Owner
      1. Click on Assign Action Owner to assign or update the action owner for record/records.
    3. Add Remark
      1. Click on Add Remark to add a Remark for record/records.
