Click on View under Action

We will land on Reco Summary Screen


Click on 3 Dots under Action

You will get Options here on the basis of Reconciliation Status.
Following Options will be Static:
  1. Update Contact
  2. Comment
  3. Conversion-Logs


Send Reminder

You can send reminder to multiple parties using this functionality.


Bulk Actions

You will get Options here on the basis of Reconciliation Status.
Following Options will be Static:
  1. Mark as High Priority
  2. Remove Priority
  3. Resume Reminder
  4. Stop Reminder
