Understanding of Statement Status and Reconcilaition Status
Statement Status | Meaning |
Responded | The party user has responded to the request. |
Not Responded | The request is at Delivered/Read Stage however not responded by the party. |
Rejected | The statement has been rejected by the company. |
Failed | The request is Initiated statge not delivered the the party due to incorrect email ID. |
Reconciliation Status | Meaning |
| Statement Received | The Party statement is received in Non excel format. eg. in pdf format
|
Mapping Pending | The Party statment is received, however the Column / Document Type mapping is not completed. |
Statement Mapped | The Party Statement is received and mapping the completed. |
In Progress | The reco is In Progress |
Auto-Completed | The reco is completed by the system. |
Review Pending | The reco is sent to Reviewer for review. |
Reco Rejected | The reco has been rejected by the reviewer. |
Reviewed | The reco has been reviewed by the reviewer. |
Signoff Requested | The signoff on reco is requested from the party. |
Query Raised | The party has raised a query while signoff was requested. |
Signoff Completed | The party has given Signoff on the reconciliaiton. |
