  1. Statement Rejected
  2. Responded
  3. Balance Confirmed
  4. Statement Received
  5. Statement Mapped
  6. Mapping Pending
  7. In Progress
  8. Reco Rejected
  9. Auto Completed


Click on View under Action

If Reco is completed, we will land on Reco Summary Screen
If Reco is not completed, we will land on File Upload Screen


Click on 3 Dots under Action

You will get Options here on the basis of Reconciliation Status.
Following Options will be Static:
  1. Update Contact
  2. Comment
  3. Conversion-Logs


Send For Review

You can select and send multiple parties at once for Review


Bulk Actions

You will get Options here on the basis of Reconciliation Status.
Following Options will be Static:
  1. Mark as High Priority
  2. Remove Priority
  3. Resume Reminder
  4. Stop Reminder
