How to add a new party?

Adding Parties to Firmway

Step 1 - Navigate to Manage Party

  • Click on Manage Party > ADD PARTY.

Step 2 - Enter Party Details

  • Select Party Type (e.g., Customer).

  • Enter Party Code (e.g., 1001).

  • Enter Party Name (e.g., ABC Pvt Ltd).

  • Enter Contact Person Name.

  • Enter Contact Person Email.

  • Select Status as Active.

  • Click on Add Party.


Step 3 - Additional Information

  • Enter the necessary information in:
    • Reconciliation Settings

    • Contact Person

    • Internal Team

    • Other Details

    • ERP Code


Info

Note: Other fields in Party Master are non-mandatory.

Step 4 - Confirmation

  • On submitting, a success message will be displayed.

  • The user will be redirected to the Party Master screen.
